The Oklahoma Revocation of Power of Attorney confirms the written eradication of an actively issued power of attorney agreement. POA’s can be granted to an attorney-in-fact in several classifications, with or without a proclaimed expiration date. This form will assist in canceling the permitted actions outlined in the original arrangement at the request of the principal party. A public notary can further validate in the process of completing the record, authenticating with an official signature.
Definitions – 58 O.S. § 3010
Signing Requirements – Notarization of the execution of the paperwork is suggested to properly make a legal record of the revocation (58 O.S. § 3005).
