Oklahoma Revocation of Power of Attorney Form

The Oklahoma Revocation of Power of Attorney confirms the written eradication of an actively issued power of attorney agreement. POA’s can be granted to an attorney-in-fact in several classifications, with or without a proclaimed expiration date. This form will assist in canceling the permitted actions outlined in the original arrangement at the request of the principal party.
